📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software for WFM components.
• Own large features from concept through production and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering for enterprise web apps.
• Java backend expert with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, REST.
• Experience owning complex features end-to-end in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to design, build, test, and production-support software.
• Lead technical discussions, create design docs, and balance trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on AI tooling (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) workflows.
