• Own and build features used by hundreds of thousands of customers daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in software engineering and have architected complex systems.
• Experience with large-scale architecture; apply tradeoffs to meet business needs.
• Strong focus on performance and scalability, solving bottlenecks.
• Data-driven mindset; skilled in monitoring and alerting.
• Proven coaching and mentoring experience.
• Enjoy working in small autonomous agile teams with ownership.
