Sr. Software Engineer (Platform + AI)

📋 Description

• Build and own the AI harness powering agent workflows, tooling, and evals.
• Ship MVPs, gather customer feedback, run tests, and iterate for impact.
• Own cross-cutting AI platform concerns; standardize pipelines and token spend.
• Evaluate new models and tools; turn winners into organization-wide tooling.
• Design and build backend services, including authentication and identity.
• Improve engineering standards, automation, and developer tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine AI fluency; hands-on with agents, tools, harnesses, and evals.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering; production services.
• Strong C#/.NET proficiency; familiarity with agentic tooling and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with foundational platforms or distributed systems; auth/identity security.
• Self-directed, senior-level ownership mindset; ships reliable solutions.
• Proficiency across frameworks and languages; C#/.NET; Python/TypeScript a plus.
