Sr Software Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of backend software engineers and tech leads for Veza's NHI and Agent Security team
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for Veza's NHI and Agent Security team
• Drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Partner with Tech leads and Senior Engineers on high-impact technical decisions, conduct design and
• Identify and champion new technologies, tools, and approaches, including AI/ML
• Ensure product is built with high performance, reliability, and observability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a focus on distributed systems or
• 4+ years in an engineering leadership role, ideally spanning startup and enterprise SaaS
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into product workflows, or leveraging AI to enhance product
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks, with a track record of driving AI adoption
• Familiarity with IGA or traditional systems evolving with Agents
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, and
