Sr Software Engineering Manager - Veza

📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for Veza's NHI and Agent Security team - the core team that
• Drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices for building enterprise systems.
• Partner with the Tech leads and Senior Engineers on high-impact technical decisions, conducting
• Identify and champion new technologies, tools, and approaches, including AI/ML, to continuously
• Ensure the product is built and maintained with high performance, reliability, and observability
• Define and drive detailed engineering execution plans, timelines, and processes that keep the team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a strong focus on distributed systems
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into product workflows, or leveraging AI to enhance product
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks, with a track record of driving AI
• Familiarity with IGA or how traditionals systems are evolving with Agents.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, and
• Experience with authentication, authorization protocols, and IAM concepts — understanding how
