The Technical Account Manager will own day-to-day relationship with a key Axon customer, building a
Serve as main point of contact, providing best practices and technical guidance to help customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product roadmaps and projects based on customer

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years managing enterprise customers
Proven track record in customer relationships and technical project management
Understanding of SAAS, cloud, virtualization, storage
Knowledge of routing, switching, Wi-Fi, telecom, and Internet tech
Strong ability to communicate technically with varied IT audiences
