Own and operate the solar cell reliability lab: equipment, calibration, data integrity.
Define and execute space tests for HJT cells: thermal cycling, vacuum, humidity, UV.
Build reliability narrative for flight reviews: failure modes, physics of failure, margins.
Establish reliability gates for changes; risk assessment; FMEA/PFMEA; sampling.
Develop high-throughput, auditable test methods and SOPs.
Lead root-cause analysis using SEM/FIB, EDS, FTIR, PL/EL, IV; close loop with manufacturing.
