10+ years OLTP experience across engineering, product, admin, and pre-sales.
Influence OLTP products with market insight to shape roadmap capabilities.
Design solutions that integrate transactional data with Big Data, Lakehouse, AI.
Expertise in DR, HA, backup, scale-out, security, migrations.
Proficient in SQL and Python for programming and debugging.
Hands-on with cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
