Lead end-to-end Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence architecture
Design cross-module integrations with Payroll and downstream systems
Build and execute implementation plans: discovery, design, QA, deploy
Liaise with HR, Payroll, IT and leadership to align development with requirements
Manage Workday releases and upgrades; validate reporting functionality
Identify risks, data quality issues, and drive mitigations; ensure security/compliance

🎯 Requirements

12+ years experience in business requirements, deployment and process re-engineering
10+ years Workday configuration experience (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence)
4+ years coaching/leading analysts
Strong cross-level communication across senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)
