Sr. Solutions Engineer, Ad Data Ingestion

📋 Description

• Own client and partner integrations end-to-end for CAPI, Audience API, and pixels.
• Troubleshoot data loss, event mismatch, deduplication, and data quality issues.
• Scale partner integrations via repeatable patterns into self-service onboarding.
• Own technical docs including implementation guides, event schemas, and best practices.
• Monitor ingestion health dashboards to catch regressions and drive resolution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to gather client feedback and optimize integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in AdTech/MarTech in a Solutions or Integrations role.
• 1-3 years with Looker/Datadog/Tableau; dashboard dev; SQL/Hive.
• Deep knowledge of CAPI and CAPI gateway patterns: server-side ingestion and dedup.
• Strong JS pixels and browser-based tracking; privacy constraints.
• Fluency with REST APIs, docs, testing endpoints, JSON, and auth.
• Proven track record supporting external/internal stakeholders during complex integrations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to triage and resolve issues quickly.
