Sr. Solutions Engineer (Financial Services & Insurance)

📋 Description

• Articulate business/technical value of Neo4j to customers.
• Lead technology evaluation stages in sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities: discovery, demos, value proof.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders; trusted advisor.
• Co-create reference architectures with cloud or on-prem deployments.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and third-party tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing sales/pre-sales roles.
• Experience in data architecture, analytics, or cloud data architecture.
• Graph databases knowledge; Neo4j, TigerGraph a plus.
• SQL and/or NoSQL; Python/Java/JavaScript/Go proficiency.
• Familiar with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Designing/implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP or on-prem.
