• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Quick to ramp on new recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling tools).
• Ability to use AI as a partner while ensuring privacy and inclusive candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
