📋 Description

• Develop sourcing and cost strategies for GSE and facilities.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to optimize value.
• Create sourcing strategies to meet payment terms, delivery, and cost targets.
• Negotiate and manage contracts from RFP through completion.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects with stakeholders.
• Oversee quantitative analyses of supplier performance and financial impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree or bachelor's with 2+ years in engineering, purchasing, or contracts.
• Strong budget tracking and cost analytics.
• Strong contract negotiation and document management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Technical knowledge: MS Office, SQL, PowerBI.
• On-site in McGregor, TX; remote work not allowed; travel up to 20%.
