Sr. Sourcing Specialist (Starship)

📋 Description

• Own sourcing across commodities for Starship parts.
• Procure precision-machined components; ensure specs, cost, delivery.
• Forecast demand and manage POs to support schedules.
• Track supplier performance: quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness.
• Interpret drawings and specs to select manufacturable suppliers.
• Communicate design changes to supply base to reduce lead times.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree or bachelor + 2+ years in Eng, Supply Chain, or Purchasing.
• Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation.
• Supplier development and onboarding for high-rate production.
• Data analysis skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically/internationally.
