Sr Specialist, IT Tech Lead Planning

📋 Description

• Own and manage supply chain planning and reporting apps lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, document requirements; translate into scalable specs.
• Technical lead for Kinaxis Rapid Response; configure, deploy, integrate, support.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and change-control records.
• Lead system testing, UAT, validation, and change management.
• Ensure apps remain validated; support risk assessments, audits, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• ≥2 years building worksheets, dashboards, alerts in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Strong Kinaxis knowledge: data modeling, tables, linkages, configuration.
• Experience with enterprise app support, deployment, integrations, production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL and data integration: APIs, batch jobs, ETL.
• Basic Java and .NET understanding; able to analyze scripts and queries.
