Sr Specialist, Warehouse & Inventory

📋 Description

• Lead daily warehouse and inventory ops (receiving, storage, distribution, order fulfillment)
• Oversee inventory control processes (cycle counts, audits, reconciliation)
• Manage material flow across suppliers, internal departments, and lab teams
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to align supply chain with study timelines
• Train staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma with 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse ops
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Quickbase or similar WMS
• Experience in regulated inventory management, ELN or LIMS preferred
• Strong communication to coordinate across teams
