Sr. Staff Content Governance Lead

📋 Description

• Own governance strategy for Knowledge Atlas and product content across Digital Content and Design.
• Define enterprise-grade governance frameworks, playbooks, and operational infrastructure for
• Partner with Engineering to implement governance tooling and validation workflows at scale.
• Set standards for tagging taxonomy, content quality, and governance workflows across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on metadata standards, content classification, and compliance
• Build and maintain governance operating model, including RACI/RAPID frameworks and escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, operations, information architecture, or enterprise
• Proven ability to define and implement governance frameworks at scale with playbooks and standards.
• Deep understanding of content lifecycle from creation to deployment, including QA and compliance
• Strong collaboration and influence across functions without formal authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative development of governance models for AI-powered content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
