🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (stats, math, CS, econ, OR) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industry experience in data science or related quantitative roles.
• Deep expertise in ads measurement, experimentation, causal inference, attribution, or optimization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-pillar problems with impact.
• Strong command of statistical modeling, experimental design, and measurement methodology.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
