Sr Staff Information Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Cribl's core IT systems and workflows.
• Lead identity, endpoint management, and AWS-hosted IT infrastructure.
• Design and maintain automations across the IT stack using ServiceNow, Okta Workflows, APIs.
• Manage ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data quality; drive change management.
• Set scalable standards and guardrails; review complex changes.
• Support AI tooling governance and security posture; cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate IT with ownership of identity, endpoint, SaaS, and cloud systems.
• Hands-on AWS IT infra (IAM, networking, logging, monitoring) and ServiceNow admin.
• Automation and integration: Python/PowerShell/Bash; REST APIs, JSON.
• Technical leadership and architecture: independently lead initiatives; strong runbooks/docs.
• Observability/log management: Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Cribl Search.
• Identity and access management: Okta SSO, lifecycle, access policies.
