Sr. Staff, Loads & Dynamics

📋 Description

• Own and improve the airframe loads development process and docs
• Collaborate with loads interface teams (aero, airframe, engine, prop)
• Provide static and fatigue loads consumable by downstream users
• Document loads assumptions and methods for traceability
• Support wind tunnel and flight test planning for loads and aeroelasticity
• Participate in loads compliance discussions with the FAA

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in loads analysis/process development for air vehicles
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, strength, fatigue
• Proficiency in Python and/or Matlab scripting
• Familiarity with software development best practices and version control
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication; able to work solo or in teams
