🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX and product design
• Fluency in using research and quantitative data to inform your design and systems thinking
• Appetite for complexity: Energized by ambiguity and solving complex problems
• Strong systemic thinking with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems strategically
• A bias towards action and an iterative approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
