Sr. Staff Product Designer, Mobile Experience Strategy & Systems

📋 Description

• Define and advance a coherent, best-in-class mobile experience across ServiceNow
• Establish mobile experience strategy, principles, shared patterns, and quality standards
• Create reusable mobile experience patterns and reference experiences
• Provide strategic design direction and hands-on critique for high-impact mobile initiatives
• Develop framework for deciding when to use Adaptive, native, or coordinated mobile experiences
• Define mobile experience standards and best practices including accessibility, motion, and input

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, mobile experience design, design systems, interaction
• Demonstrated experience setting mobile product or experience strategy across multiple products
• Deep expertise designing native iOS and Android experiences and adaptive or responsive mobile
• Exceptional interaction-design and systems-thinking skills with portfolio showing complex mobile
• Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, mobile accessibility
• Experience determining when experiences should be native, adaptive, responsive, or coordinated
