Sr Staff Product Manager — AI & Product Led Motion

📋 Description

• Define and execute the AI-Native Product-Led Motion for AI-native ITSM.
• Own the AI customer journey from discovery to enterprise adoption.
• Partner with feature teams to bake telemetry, activation, and expansion in.
• Build data-driven growth engines via telemetry, analytics, and experimentation.
• Design product-led experiences: onboarding, guidance, nudges, lifecycle.
• Develop and scale Product Qualified Lead (PQL) models and product-to-sales motions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management in enterprise SaaS, AI, or platform products.
• Proven experience defining and executing Product-Led Motion, Growth, or Sales strategies.
• Deep understanding of telemetry, usage analytics, experimentation, and journey optimization.
• Translate customer behavior and product usage insights into strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience designing activation journeys, onboarding, in-product messaging, and engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, cohort analysis, funnels, and data-driven decisions.
