📋 Description

• Establish and lead a cross-functional governance board for licensing and usage requirements.
• Define intake processes across teams and assess cross-system impacts.
• Drive prioritization across teams with independent roadmaps and release cycles.
• Own governance model, cadence, and board charter; lead executive reviews.
• Own entitlement and usage data governance across the platform.
• Coordinate cross-team release planning and testing; identify risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of program or product management in complex cross-functional tech environments.
• Experience with AI usage, consumption, pricing, and packaging models.
• Customer engagement experience deriving insights and translating to roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to align engineering with independent delivery cycles and tooling.
• Strong technical fluency to document architectures, data models, and integration flows.
• Proven ability to establish governance processes, intake frameworks, and compliance controls.
