Sr. Staff Security Software Engineer - Agentic Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the architecture for the shared Security AI platform and its paved road for
• Establish reusable patterns for agent identity, least-privilege access, sandboxing, egress control
• Set engineering standards for reliability, observability, evaluation, incident response, cost
• Make high-leverage build, buy, and adopt decisions that keep the platform focused on
• Design the platform to support secure multi-agent workflows, tool registries, policy-aware
• Lead the design and development of production-grade platform capabilities that enable security

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, security platform architecture, or
• Exceptional fluency in Python and modern cloud-native systems architecture (Kubernetes, distributed
• Demonstrated ability to align multiple VP/Engineering Director-level organizations on complex
• Deep practical expertise in AI/ML security, agentic system trust boundaries, prompt injection and
• Experience designing platform guardrails for sensitive workflows involving untrusted input
• Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex platform, security
