🎯 Requirements

12+ years in software engineering for high-scale cloud systems
Strong Java production experience and read/debug complex Java codebases
Working proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar
Understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and service design (gRPC/protobuf)
Experience with authentication, session management, and AI-integration awareness
Leadership experience across teams and technical negotiations
