• Lead From the Code: Be a technical lead in the team, hands-on in architecture, design, and the

• Own the Backend & AI Architecture: Design robust, multi-tenant microservice cloud environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of deep backend/systems experience, strong Python, production experience in multi-tenant
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents or agentic pipelines in production.
• Hands-on experience evaluating them: evaluation harness, golden datasets, benchmark suites.
• Track record of owning outcomes end to end.
• Security engineering mindset: tenant isolation, access control, secure design.
• Technical leadership experience as a tech lead or team lead.
