Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Advertiser and Seller Experience

📋 Description

• Lead cross-team engineering for advertiser and seller platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery from problem framing to rollout.
• Shape ad buying, reporting, and seller workflows for reliability.
• Build ML, GenAI, and AI-assisted experiences with guardrails.
• Partner with EMs, PMs, and Data Scientists to deliver impact.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering in complex systems.
• Track record in ads, advertiser tooling, or seller platforms; cross-team leadership.
• Deep experience in systems and API design; data-intensive, scalable.
• Experience with ML/AI/GenAI-adjacent systems and responsible deployment.
• Advertiser platform or seller experience is a plus.
• Growth/measurement/funnel in ads ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong communication; influence technical direction without owning all details.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
