📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical vision and architectural strategy for autonomous, multi-agent
• Lead exploration and application of state-of-the-art agentic tech to automate triage workflows and
• Architect and guide scalable agentic frameworks with dynamic tool use, self-reflection, and
• Collaborate across teams to integrate agentic workflows into Waymo Driver evaluation lifecycles.
• Mentor engineers, promoting innovation in agentic design patterns.
• Translate big-picture concepts into actionable projects and roadmaps for human-on-the-loop systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with large-scale systems experience.
• Deep AI/ML expertise, hands-on with autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to define tech strategy and influence senior leadership across teams.
• Strong technical leadership with novel agent-based solution experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to convey complex concepts.
• Bachelor's in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
