Sr. Staff Software Engineer, iOS Search and Shopping Journeys

📋 Description

• Own and drive multi-platform Search strategy for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Lead end-to-end Search features with product, design, and ML teams.
• Use AI/LLMs to prototype UI/UX and experiments with rigorous validation.
• Provide tech leadership across 35+ engineers: architecture, best practices, performance.
• Collaborate with infra, ML, and back-end teams to design robust APIs and data contracts.
• Mentor and grow engineers and technical leaders, developing front-end, full-stack, and product-thinking skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years shipping large-scale consumer products with iOS or strong full-stack skills.
• Experience leading front-end/product strategy across iOS, Android, Web; scalable architectures.
• Proven track record leading cross-team initiatives with A/B testing and data.
• Experience with API design, data flows, and experimentation with ML/infra/back-end teams.
• Ability to use AI to speed workflows with rigorous validation.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
