Sr. Staff Software Engineer – SRE, Release & Test Platforms

📋 Description

• Build and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for software validation and release
• Design production-like release and test environments to improve release confidence
• Develop automated quality gates for release health and operational risk
• Integrate testing, observability, and deployment intelligence into CI/CD pipelines
• Automate failure detection, policy validation, and deployment verification
• Partner with engineering teams on design reviews and reliability practices

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software, systems, platform, or reliability engineering
• Deep Kubernetes expertise across architecture, operations, and networking
• Experience with progressive delivery: canary releases, feature flags, rollback
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby in a team setting
• Experience with chaos engineering and resilience validation
• Familiarity with GitOps, Argo CD, and Kubernetes ecosystem tools
