Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise standards

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of software development building enterprise-grade solutions
Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and JS/TS with ReactJS + Recoil
Experience designing REST APIs in microservices and with Kafka
HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with Kubernetes containerized deployments and AWS
Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and integrating new tech
PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or D3.js visualization tools
Unit testing with React Testing Library, Jest, Mocha, or Chai
