Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead company-level Ads & Monetization programs with impact on OKRs.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and GTM for Ads programs.
• Own metrics and accountability framework across delivery, performance, experimentation, and measurement.
• Add structure and speed to high-stakes work by establishing decision frameworks and dependencies.
• Exercise high-level technical judgment to guide engineering through complex tradeoffs.
• Embed AI tools into workflows to accelerate planning and reporting with guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in technical program management leading company-level programs with revenue impact.
• Experience leading large-scale ads, marketplace, ML/AI, ranking, or data platforms programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align orgs on high-risk, complex programs.
• Experience shaping company-level roadmaps and turning opportunities into priorities and outcomes.
• Skill building accountability systems: metrics, roadmaps, governance, dependencies, exec reporting.
• BS in Engineering, CS, Data Science, or equivalent.
