Sr. Staff Technology Controls Architecture & Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead IS policy development, controls governance, and regulatory mapping.
• Own enterprise IS issue management; set SLAs and remediation actions.
• Design and run CSA program; coordinate with engineering, IT, finance, legal.
• Manage internal/external audits; evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Own SOX ITGC program; scoping, change controls, and readiness.
• Build KRIs and use AI analytics to surface risk themes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in information security; 4+ in GRC/compliance or IS audit.
• NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-161, DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR.
• SOX ITGC program design, scoping, auditor engagement, readiness.
• CSA program design and full issue lifecycle management.
• Primary IS liaison during audits/government assessments; evidence mgmt.
• US citizenship; eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
