Create vision, strategy, and roadmap for centralized offboard driving behavior platform.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, SRE, and other teams to define requirements.
Foster reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in systems.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software engineering (backend infra, distributed systems, C++).
5+ years in engineering management leading high-performing teams.
Proven ability to drive technical strategy and architecture for large-scale systems.
Strong cross-functional alignment and communication skills.
