📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve program impact measurement capabilities, working with internal teams
• Develop and maintain analytically rigorous benchmarks for evaluating program performance and
• Discuss standard and customized measurement methodologies with clients during pre-sales activities
• Mentor Business Analytics Managers on interpreting measurement results, identifying actionable
• Serve as a statistical consultant to the Data Science team, providing guidance on advanced modeling
• Help implement and scale survey- and market research-based measurement capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical role, such as Statistician or
• Hands-on experience with statistical methodologies including test-versus-control study designs
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional prescription and medical claims data, including how
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency, including the ability to write complex queries across multiple
• Experience working with third-party analytics vendors such as IQVIA, including independent studies
• Experience applying data science techniques such as clustering and machine learning to sponsored

• Anticipated total compensation of $151,000–$207,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and
