📋 Description

• Administer all aspects of the company's equity incentive plans, including stock options, restricted
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on equity-related

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or other business field
• 4+ years of stock administration or equity compensation experience
• Certified Equity Professional credential (CEP) or ability to achieve designation within two years
• Public company experience
• Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock
• Strong understanding of FAS 123(R) (ASC 718) and tax implications of equity compensation
