Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Primary contact for a regional partner portfolio; maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, conversions, revenue, margins); provide recaps.
• Oversee buyflow, API integrations, digital journeys, and compliance.
• Use testing to identify opportunities to improve partner performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow ARPO and negotiate incentives.
• Handle the administrative lifecycle of partnerships and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, partnerships, or business operations.
• Experience with large telecom/home service/utility brands.
• Analytical skills with data analysis and BI tools (Looker).
• Detail-oriented with digital integration checklists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present data-driven insights.
• Project management across multiple partners and cross-functional projects.
