• Practice tenured experience in category management and sourcing in HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent
• Ensure sourcing enables business value while governing spend and reducing contractual risk for
• Manage, advise, and engage in sourcing and contracting processes including evaluating, negotiating
• Identify, evaluate, and implement sourcing trends to advance strategic sourcing excellence
• Strengthen partnerships with business functions to provide valuable consultation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic and operational sourcing/procurement in high-growth environments
• Expertise in Professional Services and sub-categories like IT Services, Contingent Workforce
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of contract development, governance, and strategy implementation
• Analytical, strategic, execution-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen, budget formulation, and business case development; designations such as CPP/CPPM
