Sr. Strategist, Account Development (Commercial Lines)

📋 Description

• Partner with Commercial Lines product, sales, and platform leadership to identify opportunities
• Plan, build, deploy, measure, and continuously refine scalable campaigns designed to increase
• Own account development strategies focused on approximately 60% of agents who do not have a
• Design and manage repeatable processes and off-the-shelf programming that apply insights from
• Support Sales Enablement teams as a Commercial Lines product and sales subject-matter expert.
• Create, maintain, and manage agent-facing tools and resources, including presentations, job aids

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales strategy, or a closely related
• Demonstrated success translating sales or business strategy into measurable results.
• Strong strategic planning, campaign development, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including writing, presenting, influencing, and
