📋 Description

• Lead large, complex financing processes from structuring through closing.
• Translate capital-raising objectives into executable financing plans and timelines.
• Manage lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and internal stakeholders across high-stakes transactions.
• Provide oversight on financial structuring, modeling, diligence, risk allocation, and docs.
• Make clear recommendations on financing strategy, counterparty selection, and process design.
• Operate in a small, high-impact team without relying on a large analyst bench.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years in structured, project, or infrastructure finance.
• Led multiple complex financings through close with clear personal role.
• Experience across full lifecycle: structuring, modeling, diligence, docs, negotiation, closing.
• Strong judgment on capital structure, counterparties, risk allocation, and process design.
• Bank training followed by in-house principal/developer/infrastructure investing or advisory.
• Exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure sectors.
