📋 Description

• Lead and manage the subcontracting function across all business units (DoD and federal civilian
• Maintain a limited portfolio of subcontracts for administration, primarily to support complex
• Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle: intake, solicitation, negotiation, award, administration
• Ensure timely, compliant execution of subcontract actions in alignment with internal SLAs and
• Establish scalable processes, templates, and tools to support growth and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in federal subcontracting or procurement, with 5+ years in a
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and subcontracting compliance requirements
• Experience supporting or leading CPSR audits and audit readiness efforts
• Strong working knowledge of small business subcontracting plans and ISR/SSR reporting
