📋 Description

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with travel up to 80%.
Audit new suppliers and perform onsite supplier assessments.
Review NPI validation with supplier bids, PFMEA, PPAP and QCP.
Develop PFMEA with suppliers to quantify process risks.
Assess onsite supplier inspection capabilities (IQC/OQC/IPQC).
Set up quality goals and monitor supplier yield improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing QA experience with mechanical parts.
Strong NPI experience; SQE role in NPI lifecycle.
QMS knowledge: ISO9001, IATF16949; audit experience.
Proficient with QC tools: PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, DOE, Control Plans, Gage R&R.
English communication; teamwork and supplier liaison skills.
Experience with Minitab, QI Macros or JMP; Jira familiarity.
