  • 8+ years in Global Shared Services; 4โ€“6 yrs across APAC/EMEA/US.
  • 2+ yrs in Global HR Shared Service with IT Helpdesk focus.
  • Proficient English; strong problem-solving and HR policy knowledge.
  • IT Helpdesk background with Zoho IT Helpdesk and related tools.
  • Experience with real-time chat bots and quick response times.
  • Customer-oriented; adaptable to diverse global customers and tickets.
