📋 Description

  • Defining and writing system-level requirements and high-level designs.
  • Continuously optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team, fostering skill
  • Focal point for all system, PHY and RF-related aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HW, SW, FPGA
  • Hands-on Lab work

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development or integration.
  • Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
  • Deep understanding of Wireless communication systems.
  • Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
  • Solid experience with scripting languages (such as MATLAB or Python)
  • Good system-level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
