Sr. Systems Administrator (IAM Focus)

📋 Description

• Administer and support Okta integrations (SSO, provisioning, workflows)
• Build and troubleshoot IAM integrations with adjacent systems
• Strengthen AD and Microsoft 365 identity infra, including conditional access
• Own Okta device trust configuration and endpoint compliance
• Serve as senior systems resource across IT Operations
• Support audits and compliance with IAM evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in systems administration with strong IAM/identity experience
• Experience building and troubleshooting cross-platform IAM integrations
• Strong Okta and AD/M365 identity and security administration
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Netskope, CyberArk, or similar IAM tooling
• Experience supporting SOC 2, FedRAMP from systems/identity perspective
• Versatility to take on non-IAM infra work as needed
