Sr. Systems Analyst - Infor FSM

📋 Description

• Solicit, assess, and prioritize requests for system enhancements; translate business needs into
• Partner with business units to design scalable solutions for development and implementation.
• Oversee development and implementation of enhancements with internal and external resources.
• Serve as technical point of contact for users; address routine to complex application questions.
• Analyze user errors and system issues; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years with Infor OS tools: IPA, Infor ION, Landmark Pattern Language (LPL), Infor OS Data Fabric.
• Strong understanding of enterprise app development, systems analysis, integrations, and
• Experience with APIs and integration technologies (JSON, XML).
