Sr. Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advanced Windows Server support (2016/2019/2022)
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents within SLAs
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and deployments of infrastructure components
• Monitor infrastructure health via SCCM/Intune/Logic Monitor and generate reports
• Conduct DR planning and periodic drills; support change management
• Maintain server security posture through audits, hardening, and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• Install/configure Windows Server roles (File, Print, DNS, DHCP, IIS)
• Administer Active Directory with Group Policy architecture and domain permissions
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Monitor servers with PerfMon/Resource Monitor
• Manage DNS/DHCP and basic networking (IP, subnetting, VLANs)
• Patch management and security/compliance; MCSE/ITIL Foundation
