🎯 Requirements

8 to 10 years end-to-end recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
Proven track record hiring senior-level and confidential roles.
Experience in matrix organizations and high-volume recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Solid project management; energetic, hands-on, adaptable.
