📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across APAC for all levels and roles.
• Advise leaders and HR partners on talent strategies and workforce needs.
• Oversee vendor management; ensure recruitment partners meet quality and timelines.
• Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to drive improvements.
• Champion AI adoption and process automation in talent acquisition.
• Support regional/global projects and represent international markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency).
• Proven track record hiring senior-level and confidential roles across corporate functions.
• Solid experience in matrix organizations and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in dynamic environments.
• Solid project management experience; energetic, hands-on, and adaptable.
• Fluency in English; other Asian languages such as Mandarin/Japanese preferred.
